Oilfield safety starts with the right personal protective equipment and emergency response gear. All items meet OISD-STD-155 (rev. Sep 2021) or higher.

Head-to-Toe Protection

• Flame-Resistant Coveralls—EN ISO 11612 A1 B1 C1 E1 F1 plus antistatic EN 1149-5; 240 gsm modacrylic-cotton.
• Helmets—HDPE shell with 5-point ratchet suspension, IS 2925 certified.
• Electrical Safety Boots—200 J toe-cap, 15 kV dielectric test, IS 15298-4.
• Cut-Resistant Gloves—ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 cut level A5; nitrile palm with HPPE/steel core.

Gas Detection & Escape

• Portable Multi-Gas Detectors—H₂S / O₂ / CO / LEL, IP 68, 18-h runtime; data-logging with Bluetooth.
• SCBA Sets—Composite 6.8 L cylinders, 30-min duration; IS 15809.
• EEBD Escape Hoods—10-min, Solar Chapter II-2 approved.

Fire & Spill Response

• AFFF extinguishers—9 L (6 % concentrate), throw ≥ 6 m.
• Oil-sorbent pads—100 L kit, hydrophobic, oleophilic polypropylene.
• Inflatable containment booms—500 mm freeboard, ASTM F1523 fabric.

Signage & Barricading

Retro-reflective tapes, bi-lingual safety signs (Hindi/English or regional language) and lock-out/tag-out kits with anodised hasps.
