Hydraulic Hoses & Fittings

• SAE 100 R1/R2 AT, ¼″–2″, working pressure to 420 bar.
• Crimped with Parker-style 37° JIC, Code 61, Code 62 flanges.
• Each assembly hydro-tested at 1.5 × WP and tagged with QR code. oisd.gov.in

Fasteners

• ASTM A193 B7 studs and ASTM A194 2H nuts, black PTFE-coat for corrosion resistance.
• Stock sizes M12–M64, lengths to 600 mm; 3.1 MTR supplied.

Welding & Cutting

• E6010 cellulose electrodes for root passes (AWS A5.1).
• E7018-G low-hydrogen rods in hermetic vacuum packs.
• 4-½″ grinding and cutting discs (INOX-rated) with max RPM 13 300.

Electrical & Lighting

• ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 LED floodlights 50 W & 100 W.
