• Hammer Union Safety Clips: Color-coded, stamped sizes/ratings; positive retention.
• Hose Management: Hose ramps, trays, guards, color-code bands, tag systems; clamp & saddle supports.
• Machinery Guards: Rotary table guards, V-door guards, tong guards, cathead guards, nip-point shields.
• BOP Area Safety: Accumulator guards, pressure relief shields, red-zone barriers, blast-resistant signs.
• Man-Riding Controls: Certified harnesses, inertia reels, secondary retention devices, interlocks.

Inspection

• Daily hose/union inspection; tighten/replace as per OEM torque/intervals; log all changes.
